NOTE: There are many items coming through our warehouse so if we miss something during inspection, you receive the incorrect item, or an item is not as described then please contact us so we can review the order. We will be happy to offer an exchange & will do our best to work with you to make things right if we have made an error. Happy Customers are return customers.

If you receive something that is not as described, you can contact us at sales@exceptionaldavisdeals.com. If your Exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged "not included in the listing" or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
